South Wales Second Casino?
In South Wales, a new government spokeswoman has released information stating that Premier Morris Iemma, or the Treasurer Michael Costa have not discussed any plans about a second casino in the state with James Packer’s PBL company.

Concerns from PBL being the first to get the license, is the talk about the second casino within days. While the government confirms its discussions about online gambling company Betfair, which by the way is owned by PBL is all about expanding its business operations with in the state.

Negotiations with the NSW Government are being held with the Star City Casino operator Tabcorp, obtaining its license. Talk about lower tax rates is playing a big part in being the opposition in Tabcorp’s possibility trading its exclusive rights with lower tax rates.

A number of ways to set up the second casino are being presented to Clubs NSW.
During the last 3 months, Chief executive David Costello has received two approaches on building the second casino and reported them to ABC local Radio.

Talks about not really wanting to have anything to do with another casino to, talks about not really needing one as well are being heard on the Radio station. Mr. Costello stated that the two approaches in those 3 months came from a corporate partner and not from a political one.
