Microgaming adds new gaming application on Android devicesMobile gaming has been increasing at a rapid rate over the past few months as online software companies continue to roll out game after game. Microgaming is one such software company that is constantly creating new content for online gaming operators. The company recently announced they have launched a new casino product called Android Air. This product is an application based from Adobe Air and is available to those who use a tablet or smart phone run by Android.
The application will run games for players to enjoy and Android Air will first feature a pack of eight games, the best of the best from Microgaming. The company is then expected to launch at least twenty more games on Android Air before the end of the year.
The games will be located in a lobby which is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The banking and registration options have been changed making them easy to use with the new tools created by Microgaming such as the Bonus Balance, Player Communication Manager and Player Grouping.
A press release was sent out about the new option from Microgaming and it was Neill Whyte the head of product channels who was quoted as stating: “Mobile has been a key part of Microgaming's strategy for the past few years and we already enjoy a strong market share with our existing suite of products. The explosion of mobile gaming over the last 12 months, driven largely by the increased adoption of smart phones in developing countries, represents a huge opportunity for providers."
Whyte went on to say he feels as though the new option will make a significant impact on the market of mobile gaming and the gaming industry as a whole. Microgaming is always on top of their game and an industry leader and with this release they continue to remain on top of their game with their latest option.
