Greektown Casino Opens New and Improved High Roller Lounge
Greektown Casino in the state of Michigan has opened a new lounge for all of the high rolling gamblers to enjoy. The new area is secluded from the rest of the gaming floor and offers a luxurious setting along with the best amenities. The high roller lounge first opened in 2000 but closed this past May to be remodeled. The director of player development at Greektown, Ken Earl commented on the remodel. “We’ve been listening to our high limit players over the past eight years to understand what they want in a luxurious gaming environment,” he said.
Many of the changes made were the result of the player’s suggestions. Players wanted a more private and comfortable environment. The new room has custom terrazzo floors, Greek columns, and Italian marble mosaic wall insets and is open to Greektown Gold Club members only.
The lounge features private seating, a full service bar, four HD televisions and a 60 inch television. Players can indulge in the buffet of seafood, beef, salads and snacks daily with complimentary butler service.
High limit slots have been placed in the lounge that has a maximum wager of $100. High limit tables are also in place for three card poker, blackjack, craps, roulette and Pai Gow poker with a maximum wager of $10,000.
