Taking home the Best Casino of 2009 and Best Casino Group went to Club World Casinos. The UK based casinos were described by Casinomeister as being some of the most responsive casinos online. Best Casino Software Supplier went to Wager Works and they were complemented for bringing a solid stream of new games to their casinos.

However the awards weren’t always nice. Top Gaming Software earned the reward for the Worst Blundering Screw-up of 2009. This was referring to a software glitch that was only noticed by players.
